New Project – Extension, Church Street, Great Shelford

We have a new project in Great Shelford in Cambridge and we are looking to develop this for planning very soon.  The scheme is for a single storey rear extension to a listed property with a view to gain two bedrooms for the house. The extension will be a sympathetic addition to the property that uses natural materials to complement the existing building.

We will keep you posted on the progress of the scheme and how the scheme is developed ready for planning. The project can be viewed here.

Planning Granted – Listed Building Consent for Waresley Cottage

New Project – Hayling Walk, Little Paxton

We have been appointed by a private client to review their existing detached house and understand how best to alter and extend it to achieve a more coherent family home.  The existing house will need minimal extension as a clever reworking of the interior will ensure that the client can use the existing space more efficiently.

The schemes have been developed using ideas and images the client has gathered over time.  These have then influenced themes and materials for the initial ideas.  The designs are at an early stage and we are awaiting comments and feedback from the client.
