Our silver package is suitable for straightforward extensions either on the ground floor, or first-floor level, including garages conversions and extensions with uncomplicated permitted development.

Listed premises due to the historical research and detailing.

Gold

Our gold package is suitable for people who want to experiment or have more design input in their extensions or alterations, want a design to be eye-catching or include artistic flair and ideal for larger extensions, two-storey extensions, interior reconfigurations, exterior alteration projects and loft conversions.

What is covered

These are suitable for people who want:

To experiment or have more design input in their extensions or alterations.
Their design to be eye-catching or include artistic flair.
To have the option of three hand-sketched options from which to select their final design which will then be architecturally modelled.
Larger extensions, two-storey extensions, interior reconfigurations, exterior alteration projects and loft conversions.
To explore materials and finishes regarding the exterior & interior of their projects.
Permitted development extensions or alterations with design influence and flair.

It is possible to select a gold package for a listed building. This will depend on the complexity of the build and age of the property and we can assist you in making an appropriate decision.

As these projects are typically more complex than the Silver package, we recommend a measured building survey be carried out via an external survey company (or by ourselves depending on costs).

Platinum

The platinum package is suitable for people who require detailed analysis of their property and the site to review the key factors, planning issues and design principles and includes a listed building that requires a high level of detail and understanding of the historical nature of the site or is positioned on unusual sites or landscapes that need care and attention.

What is covered

This is suitable for people whose project:

Includes a listed building that requires a high level of detail and understanding of the historical nature of the site and/or building.
Is positioned on unusual sites or landscapes that need care and attention (eg. near rivers, coasts, forests, sloping sites, etc.).
Includes unique extensions to properties that may incorporate basements, new floors to bungalows or larger extensions of design complexity.
Is a new house or one-off home and you want specific tailoring and design flair.
Requires exploration of materials and finishes to the exterior and interior.

Bespoke

Bespoke projects largely – but not always – encompass that outside of the residential sector and may include, for example, community centres, educational or health care facilities, industrial buildings, religious sites, visitor centres or structures such as bridges. These projects may require the engagement of specialists such as archaeologists or involve Grade 1 listed buildings. In these projects, we will tailor a fee to suit your particular needs and use our extensive knowledge to create a unique design that reflects your specific requirements.
