Pinfold, in Hargrave Northamptonshire, is a 1950s detached house situated in an expansive garden and within a rural setting. Over the decades, the property had undergone several adaptations, which meant the current owners felt the space was not cohesive and did not function well for their needs. Additionally, the clients wanted to completely modernise the house and make it suitable for twenty-first century living. Currently in for planning, the proposed design is for a two storey side extension, rear single storey extension, re-roof and conversion of the existing garage, the development of a new detached two car garage building, and the creation of a new driveway/landscaping with moved vehicular entrance.
