We are proud to announce as of the beginning of the Summer Term the new pre-school building for Eaton Socon Pre-school CIO is open for business and is already thriving with a near full capacity. The building has been widely received by the staff, the parents and most importantly the children.

The project has been phased due to timescales with the building and essential landscaping being completed as the first phase. The second phase of the remaining landscaping will be completed in Summer holidays of 2018 ready for the children to start back for the Autumn 2018 term. We need to organise the removal of the cabin buildings to enable this part of the works to be completed.

We are collaborating with Robert Barker – a local RHS Gold medalist – who is currently preparing for RHS Chelsea. See here. Robert and ourselves have planned an interesting soft and hard landscaped design that will offer the children a variety of spaces, finishes and fauna.

In the meantime, we asked Maciek Platek (a local photographer – website link here) to undertake some initial aerial images of the building and the site to show the first phase – you can see them all on the project page but here is an sample. We also took some initial photos on site to show from ground and street level.

We have asked Maciek Platek to return once phase 2 is completed and all the landscaping is completed.
